Veg and cashew noodles. Just sauteed everything in some soy sauce and sesame oil.
Ramen from Wagamama
They were really helpful and had a flip book thing where you could see what meals were suitable for different dietary requirements or could at least be changed.
Beware their wholewheat noodles have egg in them, so you have to switch them out for udon or rice noodles. Also their pickles have some sort of milk product in them, which is also weird.
Scoured the oriental supermarket for vegan friendly ramen. Oddly enough most of the ok ones were beef flavoured. I bought a few and this is the first I tried. It mostly tasted of soy sauce and certainly not beefy at all. It was ok, but not a strong enough taste. I put spicy sauce in though and it was better.
